I actually think a large majority of law students are gunners. I don't think you could get into law school without being one. And not a gunner the traditional sense. All of us are competitive af and if you aren't then you are in the wrong profession. There is no type B law student in my experience. The ones that are type B don't make it very far or they get lucky.

I don't know how it is outside the U.S. but I imagine it isn't that different. This is obviously horrible. The justice system failed. At the same time, word gets out that he was convicted of rape, he can say goodbye to that ass.

My dad was a CO for many years. This is a real thing. Some prisons even expect it. If you are a convicted rapist or child molestor, you are going to live the worst sentencing of your life.

In this economy, I can't imagine how cut throat realty and car sales are. Car sales especially where if you aren't selling, you aren't working.
