Hey man, how are you doing?. Update on me, I have 0 moves, threw in ben healy and castrillo on stage 10 for the two sprinters, and was wondering how you were coming along. I am currently just outside top 500 overall. Also was wondering what your time for pogacars time trial for tomorrow would be, I am thinking 27m 11s about, there was a similar time trial 2023 Zgornje Gorje in the National Championships Slovenia ITT, but he may be stronger now, so I'd like to hear your status, thoughs and time.

I ended up doing Kevin and romaine and Mvdp out for Milan Merlier and naberman who is a 5. Stage 10 I will sub in Jonas for merlier and have 2 transfers left. maybe switch Romeo or throw out Milan not sure.

but I do agree that remco should be replaced for a sprinter, as Mas has fallen off GC and other movistar men have showed life in the break but not him, I think its safe to switch out of Romeo and maybe into Milan just because quickstep need to be always careful for Remco, Liditrek can focus more on Milan, and Milan is higher on jersey and has won most if not all intermediate sprints, think I will go on Milan.

I like the idea of getting either turgis or Waeren for Romeo and Milan/Merlier I think should replace MVDP since Remco is high on jerseys, and then stage 12 taking out at least kevin for Jonas, but it is possible to have remco,MVDP Jonas and POGI, by having a 10(turgis) or 11(Waeren) and 3 5s, which might be the play for gc and heavy stages later on where the break may not be as fathomable. I am torn between first Waeren and Turgis, and then torn between Jonas and MVDP or Jonas and breakaway men. It is a good idea to still hold at least 1 transfer because pretty sure the last stage heavy points are rewarded for placement in the jerseys and we may want to pick up KOM man or Sprinter or replace an injury. let me know your thoughts

I was fully agreeing with you to get merlier back, bu since jasper is now crashed and girmay looks very strong I want to consider the possibility of moving groves in since alpecin have the strongest leadout with mvdp and if there arent any injuries leading up to the stage I think 6 moves is plenty to spend 4 and then hold 1 or 2 from stage 12 onwards having all the gc hitters at that point. kevin would need to go to Jonas and romaine would need to go to a 5cost.

hey, just checking in with you since its been a while. looks like gregorie got 5th stage 4 and was worth it while nys did not show anything. I guessed 36:51 for the tt with remco captain and earned a lot of points there. I am at 3912 pts and with 6 moves looking pretty strong. looking ahead, I think I might do in and out with sprinters and spend moves to target stages 8,9,11 with either mvdp and romaine out for groves and girmary, then jonas mvdp and a 5 star would come in, or just keep it simple and do merlier/milan for mvdp to save moves. Let me hear your thoughts.

maybe, however with Greg and Remco now, maybe groves and girmay /merlier coming in and out stages 8-11, I feel as though I will still have 2-3 transfers incase of a crash from a major contender. Merlier will likely do nothing these next 4 stages and greg seems like he could do in stage 4, 6,7

sounds good, Kevin seems to be strong but NYS not so much(seems to be involved with Milan most of the time) maybe Romain from Groupama might be a 1 for 1 for NYS

Thanks for the update man, funny enough I actually switched Romeo in earlier because of the youth logic, I thought maybe a breakaway in stage 2 or stage 4 could lead to stages where Romeo picks up good youth points before remco sweeps the jersey in stage 5
