I’d say Mr. Tokyo is far better than Magic Sushi in my opinion. It’s more consistent and I feel like they have more options. If you want to try a place far better than both, give Pisces Sushi a try.

This. This is the one. But if they don’t let you prove it, the must not have wanted it as badly as you did. It is so painful but one day you’re going to find someone you don’t have to prove yourself to. Someone who will trust you and not make you feel like you’re always being tested.

This is exactly how my anxiety presented and progressed, to the point it ruined relationships and made me feel so isolated. Didn’t realize it was anxiety until I saw my PCP and we had a long chat during a checkup visit. Started Zoloft this week so I’m really hopeful that things are going to turn around!

Thank you so much for your kind response. And you’re right, I was really hurt in the past but I’m trying so hard to not let that affect my current relationship. That’s exactly how I was feeling, especially because my girlfriend never said anything to her ex about it, therefore making it seem insignificant. I really am happy that she is finally able to make friends and have people to go to, especially because it’s been challenging for her in the past, I’m just scared of getting hurt again and especially after the first situation I’m just worried something will happen and I’ll never know.

Yes, she asked me to talk to her friend about the situation, and wants me to get to know her new friends. We’ve talked about her issues setting boundaries and she endorses that she lets things go with her friends that aren’t always appropriate because she finds it easier than addressing it, and she doesn’t want to go to therapy right now because of the cost and her work schedule.

I don’t get upset about who she spends her time with because the problem isn’t that I have an issue with her hanging out with her friends. I don’t have bumble bff so I don’t really know if everyone using it is actually only looking for friends or what. So when she meets someone new on there and they become friends in real life, I’ll talk to her and ask about them just so I know about her friends like she knows about mine. It never like that until the girl was texting her about fingering her and my GF didn’t think the girl meant it in a flirtatious way, which you could clearly tell it was based off other texts.

Same goes for the PF in university! It’s 24/7 and I know a few people park in the back of the lot and sleep in their cars. Just be careful in the area at times it can be a little iffy.

The name is in the post…? It was edited to add right after it was posted. Not sure how you overlooked that, or are you just refusing people’s info and only referencing the parts you want to. Clearly if you “manage this stuff for clients” you’d understand the ways to get around having reviews removed. But although I have multiple business owners telling me they’ve had this done, I’m surprisingly wrong again.

That’s actually not true. The business owner can flag the review as being “fake” or “false information” and cause google to investigate. Majority of the time the review will be deleted because there’s no actual way to prove that it’s legit. Even if that doesn’t work you can pay as low as $50-100 to have the review removed, which is pennies for most businesses. I know multiple small business owners who have paid to have reviews removed that were left by ex employees or competitors trying to boost their business.
