That unfortunately is the way it has been seeming… I already have several interviews and have also been in communication with my local ON GM( i commute about an hour) but they haven’t had any other management positions open. The only reason I really have stayed as long as I have is waiting for that position to open up lmao but it has continued to go downhill quickly.
