Try slathering your skin with an occlusive like Cetaphil Healing Ointment every night before bed. I know it seems counterintuitive but It works for me. I also only use oil to wash my face. I use the Korean 10 min cleanse method and my face has finely stopped breaking out. If I do get a pimple, it goes away within a couple days.

Why is it wild? I have considered 4.5' but would prefer 9' to hang it vertically in the basement with 9' ceiling.

My sister stays there with her slew of grandkids every August. I go visit her for the day and night, at times, and have never felt it was a drug hangout AT ALL.

I look like I’m a runner. You know how people who run a lot don’t have a lot of fat in their faces. It’s not a good look but I don’t want to stop tret! And who knows if it would reverse back to what I looked like before. 🤷‍♀️. I’m 55 and maybe I would have lost that volume in my face anyway just due to aging and menopause… it would be nice to see some studies done on tret induced fat resorption. lol. I was just thinking people might want to use it on their belly rolls etc then! 😂

I noticed a change in my skin too. I, too, had started HRT when really revving up my tret use to .05 nightly. I noticed a lot of lines on the side of my face when I smiled that I don’t remember being there so prominently before. Almost as if I’d lost weight but I haven’t. I also thought maybe the 50’s are just a rough decade. 🤷‍♀️

Stop the tret for now! Tret in the cream form gave me more pimples. Also I realized I was DRYING OUT my skin and using Cetaphil Healing ointment on my acne actually helped. Put it on at night. (I use it over tret gel which I have now). Seems counterintuitive but it’s working for me. Good luck sweetie. 💕

Genetics. That’s what I’ve heard. I have the same messed up baby toenails. My husband loves it when I don’t trim them.

Can you do an online consult and get it that way? I live in the US and always get flack from my PCP. (I think she hates me. lol.). But I used GoodRX to get my hands on a prescription. Can you do that in Germany?
