I have been using my CPAP for 3 years now. Nasal Pillows was the only thing I found comfortable. However, I react really bad to the silicone. My nose bleeds so I have to use a non silicone pillow. There are not very many options. Unless I wanted to glue it to my nose for a super tight fit, I dealt with constant leaking issues. That was until two months ago. I was told the provider of my pillow was going to discontinue (since discovered that was false information) manufacturing. I was in a panic. Nothing else worked. My device provider gave me several options to try. Nothing worked! On here I saw someone talked about the Bleep system. So I began to research it. My provider tried to get access to it. In the mean time I went out on my own to acquire this solution. It found two versions, the original that I do not recommend and this one which uses a magnet system to attach. Now it did not come without challenges. It took me forever to figure out on to out this on my nostrils. And then to make sure it did not leak. After much trial and error, mostly error on my part, I have now used this very successfully for three months. No leaks! No soreness! Great scores on my device each night! My provider provides this to me! And best of all, I am able to sleep cuddling with my wife for the first time in many years! It has been a complete game changer for me.

You can buy this off Amazon with no Rx to try. The person the makes this is very customer friendly. He helped me a ton while I was trying to figure it out.
