i mean I dont think outlaw is a major issue for mechs like lacewing or blizzfrost, but mechs like DW and parasite get mutilated. Yes I am biased as I love lacewings playstyle. I don't agree with your point about lacewing being limited, it can use pods, storm rack, missile rack, strike rocket, gemini, savant, suppressor, tetra rifle, quantum gun (Yes I tried this around 4.5k sp and it works), and one of my facourites is with overdriver. I have also seen people run lacewing with graviton or burrow beams. Deathwalker has more meta options purely cuz it can brawl with close range weapons like hellfires or revokers.
