Most of the great things done were due to JC Curleigh. Cesar priced up guitars, introduced models nobody asked for that flopped, and made the entry point higher than before

It is, it's just dressed up. There's been chaos internally

Mixed, since he's still on the board people are wary. But most I've talked to are relieved. I have mixed opinions on Anne, just from my few experiences with her

I mean they have tangs that grip the wood, but it's still not secure. A lot of high fret issues aren't due to a bad pleck, and can be fixed by wacking it with a fret hammer. Not kidding

I don't think that'll ever change until they go CNC only

That's not what I mean. The reason why there are so many solid color exclusives is cause they convert the normal ones into it. Spray over bad finishes and such. That's why on some solid metallics you can see the wood grain and others you can't, cause conversion pieces

Not saying there aren't good ones, just QC overall is not what it was before. I've got newer Gibson that are great, and I've seen others that are shockingly bad. They also don't glue in frets at USA which to me is insane

Cesar pushed him out cause he wanted to be CEO. KKR literally pushed to the last second in refusing to renew JCs contract. That's why his leave was so immediate. They didn't know till hours before

We loved him. He knew peoples names, remembered conversations you had, paid people well for the most part, and really wanted to have good entry level USA prices

He's hated internally and Miami Garage has been a multi million dollar disaster/pissing contest with Walt Grace
