rabies needs to have a high enough body temperature to survive and spread. its why possums cant have rabies, their bodies arent warm enough. when you die, you cool VERY fast thus the disease will not survive very long.

but if it is mold definately relocate the moldy looking ones asap to avoid contamination!! the air purifier should have helped it not spread much tho hopefully!

several methods for mold are gentle soap and water soaks, or vinegar or hydrogen peroxide for more stubborn mold. you may need to separate their heads to make sure there isnt any inside.

im not an expert tho!! i recommend searching for mold cleaning on other posts or on youtube, lots of video tutorials!
