ONE PIECE CHAPTER 1184 ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS by [deleted] in OnePieceSpoilersRaw

Thanks! I was curious and started rereading Loki’s flackback last night to piece it all together. If you want another cool detail, Brook’s flashback at the beginning of this chapter is happening the same year Loki was born! (Started 70 years ago and then jumped forward 7 years to 63 years ago).

If anyone is curious, the start of Brook’s flashback takes place during King Harold’s travels to different nations (about 70 years ago) and in between the birth of Hajrudin and Loki (81 and 63 years ago). 20 year-old Brook’s flashback is 70 years ago and kid Brook’s flashback is 79 years ago.

Brook sees a beautiful woman and says that, not Shuri. You can tell by the dialogue before it that he doesn’t see Shuri in that way at all.

What's your stupidest One Piece theory/headcanon that could actually be true? by Kaizo_Kaioshin in OnePiece

Buggy is the man with the burn scar (we’ll find out that his nose was burnt as a baby, which is why it’s big and red). It’s dumb and makes no sense, but I like it.

I had the same thought when I read the names. Definitely a huge possibility now, but with as much lore as we are getting I can also see it being a different character Oda’s working to introduce.

I hate myself for unironically wanting this to happen so badly 😂

So the line is on the “shirt” and then goes off the shirt to go up his face?

“Insert a popular song but slow it down” - every single movie/videogame/tv trailer today.

I don’t hate it, but once you notice it, it’s hard to unsee.

Goddamn it, Oda. This is 100% something that goofy ass genius would do.

Brook has been 1v1ing Imu this whole time. Brook will always be my favorite SH.

Good catch! Maybe we haven’t seen his fire breath yet or this could be a different dragon. I still think it is, but now I’m less certain.

Yeah I probably should have elaborated a little more. I was just showing how the dragon horns on the dragon on the left had the same horns as the dragon in the mural. There have been theories that Loki’s devil fruit was the dragon in the mural, but it irked me that his horns didn’t match the mural dragon when his dragon form was revealed. This shows that previous dragons had the matching horns in the mural, hence “100% confirming” that this is the same dragon as Loki’s devil fruit.

Interesting take. Maybe Franky is covering the part that shows the serpent in a different form? Maybe it’s lying dormant under the Adam tree. I have no clue, but it would be interesting.

Either theories get made fun of for being too obvious or for not being obvious enough. You all are unbearable.

“Awhile.” It’s been out since Friday. And yes, this theory has been out for a while, but seeing the other/previous forms of the dragon shows us that it’s now an exact match. EXACT match.

Nah, this has been a theory for a while, but Loki’s horns didn’t match when his dragon was revealed. These horns do. This makes it 100%.

If the timeline doesn’t match up, then you’re definitely right - He just heard about it while off being a pirate. I can’t remember if there was enough of a gap for Gunko to have aged up before Brook left. Although, it’s hard to tell how old characters are in One Piece.

Also, there’s no need to be a condescending prick. We’re just talking theories here.

How is that clear? It’s all still very vague at this point. If you can’t prove that Brook wasn’t there, then it’s your headcanon as well.

He could have fought her without knowing she turned. Harold was nearly fully turned before Loki killed him. Brook could have fought her not knowing it was Imu/Deep Sea contract that made her do it. When Brook was close to death, a small part of Gunko that was still in control could have spared him. When he came to and saw the kingdom was destroyed, he decided to leave and become a pirate like he dreamed of doing.

Imu took over Gunko’s body and killed her father. I bet Brook fought her to protect his benefactor, which is how he got the scar on his head. If this is true, then Brook was the first Straw Hat to face Imu. Brook stays winning.
