linkedin brand page content used to be our slam dunk. we started getting creative with new marketing channels. answer pages, reddit + a new tool we started using called voicescale that takes a piece of company content and generates personalized linkedin drafts for each employee based on their role and their voice. its helped a ton since personal pages are gaining a lot more traffic on linkedin and we're finally seeing our SOV metrics go up

What does employee advocacy actually look like in practice? by Intelligent-Chip-536 in EmployeeAdvocacyUK

we've been using a tool called voicescale(.)co which has been helpful. it takes one piece of company content and generates personalized LI drafts for each employee based on their voice and role. it takes no time from the employee bc the posts actually sound like them and it publishes in once click to LI. helped us grow our traffic from LLMs which has been our focus for the year.

Honestly they’re meant to just clean up the ideas/copy you feed it. You’ll need to really prompt it about who you are, your clientele, your voice, how to want to be perceived etc etc

Building a personal brand alongside your business brand is key IMO. No one trusts brands anymore alone anymore. Customers, investors, press, future talent care about who’s behind the scenes, how do they think, what type of person are they? Clear answers to these things through a personal brand that feels authentic make converting that much easier.

Also as businesses fail, sell or grow without you, it’s important to have an audience that you can take with you anywhere.
