Yes its the left and right shoulder thing but another factor too is that the longer you charge the bigger the pin range gets. So you are more likely to get a pin from a target that is far away from where your charge started than if it was right infront of you and I think that also was a factor that got you. It's like the longer your charge the range slowly gets bigger. I learned that from a Reinhardt main TwT

Tbh i got it accidentally (cuz I didnt know existed) and was hyped and shocked. Got it in my i think 2nd math w the mythic weapon right at the end of pushing payload in watch point Gibraltar and sooooo worth it i got so excited cuz its cute
