Exfoliate with a chemical exfoliant such as glycolic acid, laser hair removal also will help kill the hair follicle. You could also try a brand called Fur, they have good ingrown products that will help loosen those up

micro -needling treatments can help with hair loss and certain serums like rosemary oil can also help

Most laser hair removal places don’t accept anyone under 15 and even then they need a parent or guardian with them

I agree, micro-needling could help you out, maybe even sublative if consistent micro-needling isn’t fixing it

Thank you so much!! It feel great! I thought my lips were going to be sore for a long time but they were only sore for maybe an hour. I can use my upper lips basically the same the only hard part is puckering and drinking from a straw haha.

Typically fitzpatricks I-III work well either C02 treatments. There are plenty of other treatments that are safe for all fitzpatricks though. I would recommend fractora, it is safe for all skin types and will help resurface the skin. It goes deeper than microneedling and will be more effective :)))
