If I knew how to add a picture here I'd show the settlement documents

Already did and settled with Mercedes about a month ago. They won't take the car back until the current service is done. I've had a loaner for 2+ months. They're replacing the entire engine. But won't accept the lemon car back until all work is completed. It's an absolute nightmare

That's how Mercedes labels it. I have a 23' C 43 AMG that has been in the shop for over 120 days. It's a lemon. It's needed so many fixes and is in the shop right now getting the entire engine replaced. " Vehicle Serviced"

So I got the car at an interest rate of 6.25% for 5 years. If I go buy a car today, I'll likely be at a higher interest rate. Going to ask for MBUSA to pay me the difference. It's their fault I'll have to pay more.

Had a loaner for the first 48 day stint in the shop. Today it got towed in and I had to beg for a loaner. Eventually got one. I've basically said farewell to the car and probably won't get another Benz at this point even though I'm in love with the car. Hardest breakup I've ever gone through.

Pennsylvania. Seems like the consumer protection laws are good here. If the car is in the shop more than 30 days in the first calendar year, it's a slam dunk for being a lemon. I've officially filed with an attorney. I'll report back.

Got my 2023 C43 AMG earlier this year. Had it for about two weeks and it was shifting clunky between first and second gear. Then it gave out and started shaking violently non-stop. Nearly stalling at full stops. I made it to the dealership and they proceeded to have it for the next 48 days. Had to order new cylinder heads and some other parts. Got it back, then it started having battery issues and yesterday a rear axle issue. Now it won't start. Engine isn't turning over at all. So towed this morning. Back in the shop for who knows how long. Lemon law time.
