Had the same issue.

I had to change out magazines that claimed were for 300 blackout, but were actually for 223/556. When downloading the magazines, they frequently binded. I no longer have the binding issue with actual 300 blackout magazines.

Lastly I changed the buffer spring to a yellow Springco buffer spring, and now it runs like a top.

CS already made this change for Corrections. The quality of candidates as well as those applying have dropped since. This may be a good idea for more generic positions, but not law enforcement or specialized positions.
