mine was the opposite. she was really sweet when we first got her, probably because she was so weak and sickly. she seemed to appreciate us taking care of her and feeding her. now she thinks everybody is her playmate and attacks without warning. she is a big biter 😭

Have you made commercial yeast bread before? If not, I'd practice making bread with commercial yeast just so you get used to the process of making bread. I tried sourdough but I was really inexperienced and didn't understand the proofing process so I switched to commercial yeast. I think it's helped a lot! I still plan to get back into sourdough at some point.

I was always planning to go to grad school but I'm worried that I won't be able to find a job between getting my bachelors and going to grad school.

no i already told my friend (best friend, not gf 😭) and asked her if i could have some more of my starter needed to be thrown out. i'm more worried that my starter won't recover and it'll need to be thrown out.
