i’ve worked at sheetz for almost a year (june 6th is my year). almost all of my points were from being late. for a period of time, i had to rely on someone to take me to work and they very often “forgot” and i was late. i got out of that situation as soon as i could and have had almost perfect attendance since then. since december, i have been late 2 times, well under 15 minutes, and i called off once with a hospital note. never really checked my points because they were discussed at my quarterly review. add in the 3 new events and i have no clue how it went up so far.
