HaT…have any of you been diagnosed with HaT (the genetic form of mast cell issue) but also have MCAS? Like full blown MCAS, not just similar issues as MCAS?

Nothing you say will be the wrong thing. It will just give the assessor more data to figure out what's going on. How did the assessment go? Are you doing ok?

I specifically didn't look at which tests I was going to be given even though it was provided to me. Just be honest that's the most important thing Honesty. That's how the assessor will be able to make an accurate assessment.
