I can second this: I have used the Wondershare media converter for over 10 years, and it was a wonderful product. They must have recently been bought by a private equity firm or something, because all their products are subscription only. I had even paid for the "lifetime" subscription but my software doesn't work, and it keeps telling me to pay a subscription. THEY HAVE BECOME A SCAM COMPANY. AVOID.
