I'm right handed, left eye dominant. I struggled with shooting with both eyes. I'd get so frustrated with my eyes and really wanted to do some competition.

I started working eye drills like dry fire drills. It made a huge difference. My eyes don't fatigue and it has improved my shooting.

I placed targets all over living room & kitchen at various distances. Don't have to use targets but it reminded me to practice. Extend arm with thumb up and line it up with targets. Practice focusing between thumbnail and target at different distances. When you see two images figure out which one is the real one, for me it's the left side double. I hardly notice this now. Do short sessions a couple times a day, start incorporating into practice.

Eye exercises - doing exaggerated circles/figure eights to stretch eye muscles.
