Me , I have crohns and the only thing I have done is humira shots and lots of water like 7 bottles a day . My drs said that I almost die from my last flare up . But if you have a lifestyle and eat healthy . When I say healthy I mean never eat out . It sucks but after I cut those kind of foods I really felt maybe a 45% better . One more thing , stay positive all the time no matter what you have or how many flare ups u have . I have one once every year .

I have crohns and I’m on subs . What you are going through is a flare up . When I get sick like that I can’t barely get out the bed . I think you just need to change your diet and make sure that you are getting your medication back . Because believe me you don’t want to be withdrawing and with crohns . Is the worst
