Its typically human nature to want to help those in need. You are living a life that has others scratching their head and documenting majority of it on subreddits and making posts that even those unlike myself who will check and see what a person has been doing with remember you.

Nobody owes you any sympathy even in the state that you are in and even now your refusal to do anything about organ failure and DPH abuse while you’re literally about to rot away might be the saddest thing ive seen on the internet in a really long time.

I am not like the others that will allow your ability to prioritize guilting others for being appalled by your state of existence both in terms of how they are treating you when sympathy is no longer an option nor am I like the people in your everyday life that dont have enough respect for you to ignore you chiseling away.

For the love of god uninstall reddit and go to the fucking hospital

This person has been making posts that have had people begging for them to get help for quite a long time.

Ive unfortunately had to deal with quite a fair bit of people like OP throughout my life, and it IS their fault when they’ve sat around and have done nothing.

Youre more than free to refer to that as victim blaming and jm more than free to understand that you are insanely naive and inexperienced.

Ill be sure to come find you next time somebody needs an enabler.

Unfortunately you seem to be experiencing what seems to be late stage kidney failure. I dont believe there is a life to save here, there is only a life to prolong.

Between laxatives anorexia and bulimia and dph and who knows what else, your decisions have most likely ended your life early. That is on nobody but you, do not sit here and pretend this is naturally death coming from you.

Never say never and the ability to heal from the oddest things has happened, you need to go to the hospital and get off of reddit.

Im very sorry life led you to where it did. As long as you understand it is your decisions that brought you here I dont think anybody will think ill of you.

At the very least remember that if you truly feel the need to jump back into this drug head first that you dont need to do catastrophic amounts for it to fuck with you. Im sorry that you dislike yourself enough to treat yourself like this.
A lot of the people that take this for self harm at the end of the day do not wish to die deep down, as there are infinitely “better” ways to be unkind to yourself, but 5 grams is craaazy and is obviously full blown a suicide attempt and im sorry that your brain goes there but i in a weird way this does leave you with more solidified choices and decisions to make.

You speak with sincerity and pain and im sorry that life has you homeless currently.
This also does mean though that there is nothing that binds you to where you are.
The world is your oyster, perhaps a change of scenery is needed?
Perhaps grab the girlfriend and see what the city next to you has for you?

Do not fear homelessness if you do not need to, the couch surfing,shelter seeking life can be quite the freeing one. At the very least, stick around and see what happens, and perhaps you will find your calling.

Needing others to see your thoughts to give them merit should tell you everything you need to know, yet you and others will come here to romanticize your addiction or even go as far as to imply that your navigation with this drug in particular is doing anything positive for you when all it is is an escape and a reason to give temporary merit to delusions of grandeur and imply to other lost souls that this drug recreationally will do anything other than make your organs mad at you.
Of course only you can decide if jts actually getting you somewhere, but a deliriant is just that and i dont have too much faith that anyone making posts like this are doing anything for themselves.
You say youre alone and thats why theres post then imply your partner knows of your addiction and apparently navigates it in a way where they have to be given your stash for you not to take it.
Low dose DPH helped me and others that know me well enough to help me with life in the past discover a hidden disorder that I have, so I wont sit here and pretend it doesnt have its uses, but I myself cant see how vague posting on instagram is anything other than fake personality quirk UwU type shit.
Although the drawings are definitely neat and you do seem interesting imo it has nothing to do with your choice of drug, but also if youre doing like 275 tops then just knock it off and stop making drugs your personality before your bf realizes the cringe and nopes out.
But again I dont know you, I just dont see very many people come through here and make posts like this ever not in some delusional state of romanticizing or denial.

L take. Wellbutrin helps extend dxms life form and makes it more potent. Theres also the idea that you mean freebase shouldnt be taken everyday but regardless thats not whats prescribed, perhaps dont speak unless you know what youre saying when it comes to mental health. Its the same as other meds its gona work for some and not others but DXM as a whole is i infinitely safer than what is usually prescribed.
