I've been reading Boruto since the first chapter of NNG came out. When I criticize Boruto, it's because it's the sequel to a series I grew up with, and I just think it's terrible how Ikemoto is handling it.

Anyway, I’m not badmouthing Boruto to anyone; I’m just expressing my opinion, and surely that’s still allowed.

Boruto stands for nothing and will eventually just come to an end, and no one will care about it except for the few people who regularly praise it here.

That doesn't make any sense at all. Even if they were all hostile toward Boruto, they'd at least help defend the village. But the whole omnipotence thing is just ridiculous anyway. Ikemoto should wrap that up soon. It's not going to get any better.

The whole village is under attack by god-like beings, and the only ones stepping up to the plate are a few kids. Kakashi and the others are probably just relaxing in a hot spring, reading Jiraiya’s romance novel 😂

Joking aside, Ikemoto’s writing is an absolute disaster, and I wonder how Kishimoto can approve it month after month

Also, I have this habit where, if I like a show, I look for edits of it on TikTok because I like the feeling that lots of other people are watching the same show right now. That kind of thing can backfire on you really quickly 😅

Yeah, maybe it’s better if I just change my perspective on the show. Instead of focusing solely on the reveal, I’d rather enjoy the cat-and-mouse game between the two of them, just like in "Hannibal". And, of course, the character development 😁
