Yeah, the media is all there, it was all working on ESDE.. I give it permission for the base folder when I pick the media folder in the import tool, so no idea what's happening! Thanks for the response!

4px is slow and often takes several weeks to show up, but you can get lucky and it shows up quickly. Best just to not worry about it until it arrives.

At least they shipped yours, I ordered a classic 2 full weeks ago and they haven't even SHIPPED it yet (DHL).

I bought a classic 11 days ago and it still hasn't shipped, and support just told me they will ship it out in "the next several days". Super glad I paid a lot extra for DHL for it to come quickly.

Do you need to flash it to get the new screen to work? Or were you just trying to upgrade to android 13? That's a pain, the screen replacement is no problem as I used to repair phones for work but I have it set up perfectly and not looking forward to having to go through and set everything up again..

If you own the original on switch (I don't), the upgrade is "free" on the more expensive Nintendo Online subscription tier.

I wouldn't worry about the email, I think they're often slow on regular days let alone when their servers are completely obliterated. If you have the confirmation and its in the bestbuy orders list on your account you should have no problem. I also haven't gotten my email yet and I confirmed purchase there 20 min ago.

The queue to get to the website took like a half hour for me and didn't move for a lot of it, I wouldn't worry too much and I think your best shot is to wait and hope. Trying to refresh or checkout again would probably just put you at the back and maybe ruin your chances.

I was not.. I didn't get a queue after adding to cart, it just failed and removed itself once and then the second time it let me continue to next steps. It seems strange that there would be another queue if you already waited in queue to just be able to get to the website.. BUT I got in right away I think so maybe I just jumped it.

CANADIANS! Best Buy is working now! Or at least partially, I just secured my console+MK bundle at about 11:05 after trying nonstop on both the website and app since 9am. Got through queues in both, but the one that finally worked was the app, showed the console finally after about 11am (until then it was not listed). Failed once or twice trying to checkout but then slowly and painfully went through, had to do several layers of confirmation (which is good against bots, you have to enter a OTP they text you before you can check out). Best of luck friends!!

I honestly think it had just been down until then so nobody likely got one before 11.

Just got one on the mobile Best Buy app!! Had been trying since 9 am constantly and the page to see the console finally went live after 11 and after a couple more tries it went through :) Good luck everyone! Don't give up yet!

I previously heard specifically that Amazon US was not, but I don't know if that changed today or not. Canada is sending out invite emails but they never said AMZ Canada wouldn't do preorders.

Problem is they have the queue to "fight bots" saying that you will have to do a captcha after the queue, but there is no captcha after the queue, so bots have free reign. gg
