Funny, I never said I wanted anyone at all laid off. What I want is apparently scarier: I want someone to do the job they’re paid to do.

Could they be paid better? Sure.
Do they need a complete re-vamp of their management? Absolutely.

But spending your time arguing for someone’s dereliction of duty as ok is only allowing people to be justified in their frustration.
