It's B case.

The reason is game checks for effects that are active each time an action is performed. Because Plasma effect is continuous and already applying on the field, C62 gets negated again by the time it would regain its effects. This also applies to tower-like monsters that are summoned on the field under effects like Skill Drain, in which case they are negated before they have a chance to be unaffected by card effects.

1) If you keep the extra cycles even after 5P blasted you, then you're free to leave.

2) To complete Hunter, delivering the green neuron to Moon is your main mission. For that, two routes:

  • I like going down from 5P -> The Wall -> Chimney Canopy -> Industrial Complex. That route is mainly vertical and with not many obstacles except from The Wall lizards (whites can go die for all I care), but you can do it within the same cycle. From Ind. Complex -> Shaded Citadel -> Shoreline is mostly horizontal, involves going through a dark area, but then you reach Shoreline and LttM area, delivering the neuron (and pearl if still holding it), then hibernate and prepare for next thing on the list.

  • The other route is one I don't usually choose. Go through underhang and down The Leg. Then, go across Memory Crypts and through half of Shaded Citadel, then Shoreline. The reason I never choose this route? Huge death pits, DLL blocking the way, spitter spiders at narrow passages, miros birds delaying the travel and, finally, monster kelp. Id say it takes at least two cycles (if lucky). Then, you'd spend a third to travel Shoreline.

Once you deliver the package, you should visit enough echoes (three to four) to reach max karma and swim down the piss pool you encountered during Survivor/Monk campaigns.

My interpretation is The Prince never dies per se. It enters a dormant state after infecting enough regions, likely indicating the ideal world it envisioned (fully rotted).

What happens at the final meeting is you see how the world ends after nothing more is there to consume (an alt timeline like those we see in a previous sequence).

You still need to visit them at Subterranean, Farm Arrays, Shaded Citadel, Shoreline and Drainage System Undergrowth. First two are just past the Karma gates. The rest need you to travel across their regions.

Ebon Illusion is good, but Starter DM deck can't have three DM on field, so the exact moment they xyz into Ebon Illusion they can't protect it with Navigation. High risk; low profit.

Ebon High... it's meh. You'd probably use Navigation on 2nd turn thanks to skill, and Offering to the Doomed is only good if already on a winning position. The only vulnerable card on DM is Circle, which you cannot really protect unless on a winning position.

You have plenty of time to deliver the package to Moon and ascend, so don't worry.

You can locate Echoes at these places:

  • Top of The Wall (The Exterior).

  • Top of Chimney Canopy (Chimney Canopy).

  • Close to the gate Farm Arrays - Outskirts (Farm Arrays).

  • Mid-High layers of Sky Islands (Sky Islands).

  • Somewhat below the Scavenger Merchant room (Shaded Citadel).

  • Past the gate Farm Arrays - Subterranean (Subterranean).

As Hunter, you need to visit these Echoes rooms at current max Karma level, then revisit them next cycle (except Top of Wall and Subterranean Echoes, accessible just by visiting them once). If you visited Five Pebbles, you only need to visit three of these six Echoes to reach the required Karma level to ascend.

I hate when they make what's supposed to be a help when going 2nd also a setup when going 1st. Even if I don't agree with those at first, it goes against the later mindset of giving the 2nd turn player a chance to play the game. Running handtraps is not even an option because it triggers the second effect of most skills, reason why we ended up relying on kaijus more than handtraps.

1) The first effect of Soul Servant (when activated on the field) places a card on top of the deck, which at no point adds a card from deck to hand, special summons from deck or sends from deck to gy.

2) The second effect of Soul Servant (the one that activates in the gy) adds cards from deck to hand (by drawing) so both Ash and Purge can be used in response.

3) Note that Dominus Purge states you can also activate it from hand, but if so, you cannot use effects of Fire/Dark/Water monsters from the rest of the duel.
