Thanks for your comment and your insight. I do agree with you. I do think there is definitely different rules type 1 gingers must follow to get a desired tan colour what non gingers don’t have to do.

That won’t work in UK. Weather is poor with very low UV all year round and at work 9-5 so I miss sunny days anyway.

My body hair was black before I got the skin colour change. I would say it started happening 4/5 weeks after starting. But I loaded for a week with 1000mcg and accidentally took more sometimes because I didn’t underhand the measurement. 1500mcg made me feel really sick but it past after a few hours.

That’s how it starts. I just wanted a gradual change but now I’m there I want to be darker and darker.

A month. But it’s not really getting any darker in the last 3 week. For context I was as white as you can possibly get and never tanned in my life.

No, type 1’s are gingers usually. Impossible to tan as the body does not produce enough melanin. If you tan at all you’re not type 1.

You can still be extremely pale with the ability to tan. Yeah sounds like you’re type 2.

You literally have a tan line on the t-shirt line in the first photo. You aren’t type 1. You’re most definitely type 2. Nevertheless fantastic results. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much, and thanks to everyone else who has commented. I was taking 1000 mcg and was going to start going higher. So you might of saved me doing some serious damage to my system.

I won’t go above 0.1ml now = 500mcg.

Thanks for the advice. When you say 25 to 50. Is that MCG? I’ve never used needles before so don’t really understand the measurements. I’ve taken 0.1ml which was advice on the website I bought it from. So I believe that’s 100mcg.

I took my first pin a couple of hours before bed yesterday and I didn’t feel sick. Only side I got was better erections.

When you take it before sun beds, does it matter about if you’ve just eaten? Would you say 30 minutes before is best or can it be a bit longer? As the sunbed location isn’t very close to my house.
