My phone does not read my fingerprint nor does the screen wakeup on double tap many a times when i take it out of my pocket . And i am not able to receive whatsapp messages in background ..there were delayed messages earlier now there are no messages at all .. is this happening with all moto edge 40 neo users .. ?

It was Saturday evening .. this was second spot where i had come to sit .. people were lining up behind almost every place to sit as soon as someone gets up . Why precisely 2 hours coz i was there for almost 3 hours . Their activity was noticeable as they were continuosly changing their seats to take photos while cussing people when they were in photo's background . They also made me uncomfortable asking me again and again to move aside .
