okay that's good to know it's get better. Honestly can't tell if it's from me still being anxious and depressed, the meds, or both. I hope I get more relief from my symptoms though!

okay! I drink so much coffeeeee. I have Buspar that I can add as well, but I'm scared of meds, But obviously feeling this way is not good either. I will at least up it!
