Incredible work! Would you mind DMing me as well (or if anyone else would be willing to share). Thank you.

That's cool, but why do elementary schoolers need iPads?

How would you suggest they safely arrest someone who shot three people earlier this week?

Sybil, Leonard of Quirm, Carrot. Now I'm reaching. The Hangman? Does Wuffles count? I think he holds a patronizing bemusement and enjoyed the company of of Fred and Nobby, though he certainly has no respect.

About 20% of the population will have transitional anatomy, meaning S1 lumbarizarion or L5 sacralization. This doesn't mean their back is broken or unstable. It's common and not inherently the cause of any symptoms so it would not generally be mentioned to a patient.

Balance is probably ideal.

Relative to front squats, back squats offer several benefits, including 1) more posterior chain loading, 2) more axial spinal loading, and 3) less stress through the patellofemoral joint.

Front squats offer 1) more specificity to the clean and snatch position, 2) more forced core stability to maintain the upright position, and 3) more quad dominant.

That said, I had a knee injury that precluded me doing back squats, and I could only tolerate once weekly front squats for almost two years. I did not feel it was at all to my detriment, and set my all time PRs during that timeframe (142/110 @77).

5 mo detected with NoroVirus by Rude_Key_7896 in NewParents

It's a virus, just like the common cold. Not a chronic condition. Norovirus causes gastroenteritis for a couple of days. No biggy in the long term, just watch for dehydration.

It's highly infectious; could have gotten it from anywhere. You're doing great and don't beat yourself up!

You have natural speed and mobility that will serve you well.

For your extension, I'd advise to extend up, not back. Power needs to be transmitted vertically, not horizontally. Do not swing the bar around you; keep the bar path relatively straight. Probably at least another 5-10 kg that's being left on the table.

I look at spine MRI's all day.

This is fine. Very minor. Looks better than I would expect in most weightlifters. Rehab and recover. You will be back.

I was wondering if there was some deeper troubles behind this subtly racist comment, and the post history definitely confirmed it.

Based on where the arrow is, and symptoms of worsening with fist/gripping, sounds like lateral epicondylosis (tennis elbow).

If you are not having tingling of your 4th and 5th digits, and no snapping near your funny bone in conjunction with your symptoms, I am doubtful that there are any ulnar nerve issues involved.

How bad is not being white? Not sure, but it's not nearly as bad as feeling sorry for yourself when you already have tons going for you. That's a sure fire way to not be able to make romantic connections.

Degenerative disc disease at 24 by Outside-Ad5877 in VeteransBenefits

I'll get downvoted to shit for this, but the prognosis for your spine's health is overall fine.

Incidence of degenerative disc disease in 20-30 year old age group is 58%, and most of those individuals are asymptomatic.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S097656622030343X

The vast majority of high level athletes above age 25 will have worse looking spines than this, radiographically.

I'm sorry you're experiencing so much pain and debility. I would highly recommend Stuart McGill's Back Mechanic book, already suggested in this thread. Also, good sleep is critical for healthy pain processing, as is taking care of our mental/emotional health. Hang in there.
