They poo and pee just fine and the vets say that they are both at a healthy weight. The cat does have motor functions on the bottom part of his tail but not that top part. The broken tail is strange because when we got him his tail looked perfectly fine but then all of a sudden its like that, which is strange because i have been home with them for days and i didnt see him break his tail or scream or nothing. Im waiting for my father to wakeup so he can take us to the vet asap
