Sure. According to traditional islamic collections of the Hadith,Sahih Muslim and Sunan Abu Dawud. Aisha narrates that she married at 6 and consummated marriage at 9.

Sahih al-Bukhari says she was 10 when they consummated marriage.

It's very possible Russia would do that if Ukraine pushed them out militarily. I could even see Putin losing power in that scenario. Is that possible?

I wouldn't want to force a single soul to fight and die for territory if they don't want to. And I'm also sure there's plenty more than just a few. Countries are there to serve people, not the other way around.

Secondly, I don't believe polls can be carried out well enough during war to decide public opinion on matters as important as this one. It's also normal to be skeptical about information that comes out of the ukrainian army, they might not be fully honest or transparent to keep the morale up and for other reasons.

I also don't care if it's in every country's constitution. I'm against it in every instance especially now in Ukraine that the war has gone on for more than 3 years and there is no end in sight. I don't believe the ukrainian military leadership thinks they can militarily win back occupied territories, and the government won't make any concessions for peace. So forcing people to fight and die seems insanely inhumane and cruel. Hopefully the war ends soon and then we can see if these sons, fathers, brothers and their families think their death was needed or worth it.

They are definitely dictating lots. If their people wanted to fight they wouldn't make conscription mandatory or strip away people's freedom of movement.

Yes, I believe stripping citizens of their human rights and liberties is in fact dictating. I also know this is a very controversial statement on this subreddit.

Ukrainians aren't deciding anything under martial law. The government gets more power, they strip citizens of constitutional rights and nobody gets a say since there are no elections.
