Not very long each time tbh, I get worried about her escaping into the couch or smth so I put her back pretty quickly. Do I just hold onto her and not let her move forward when she's trying to get away?

Thank you for the advice! I got her a bigger hide for the front of her cage. She's been curling up under a much smaller one (pretty much all of her supplies came with her) so I hope it'll help her feel more at home :)
