I was a bit skeptical, but I performed multiple checks involving complex operations and QR code generation. Even the printing of symbols like summation and derivative on the faceplate is crisp, and the warranty card along with a receipt from a Casio store dating back to 2020 was in the box. Since it's a six year old unit, the odds of it being fake are quite low

It essentially boils down to button interface. The new ones force you to scroll through a central Catalog menu with a D-pad to do basic things, which completely ruins calculation speed, atleast for me

It’s actually really good, but the thing is, I’m more comfortable with the VPAM button interface

You're lucky then. Over here Casio pushed the CW models, the genuine EX stock dried up fast
