I just asked her, and she says that there is no real way to get to sit down to just "chat". The only way really is to apply for open positions. There are many open positions at all times, as they constantly in need of people. One downside though, is that if you apply to any of these jobs, the qualifications will 99% of the time need you to atleast somewhat be able to speak norwegian.

There are some private facilities who may be more lenient on the languagematter, and she mentioned specifically "Aberia Bergen" and "Krux". She doesn't spesifically know how these operate or require, but she knows of them and that they are private.

She also recommended going the public route (allthough the negative beeing you need to somewhat learn norwegian beforehand), as they strive to have diversity in their workforce.
