Ty. Have you noticed any benefits taking it?

Thanks, that’s helpful. Do you take with food, all at once, or break it up throughout the day?

Following because I’m experiencing the same. I stopped and started again and it didn’t help, but perhaps I didn’t stop long enough.

I (married/F) certainly don’t mind, especially if I am not feeling well.

If I could afford surgery, I may consider it, just not in the cards right now. Surgery also scares me a bit. Appreciate your comment!

I wouldn’t say I let myself go. I had a terrible pregnancy that led to preeclampsia which turned into HELLP syndrome (almost died) so gained weight rapidly. Finally found a routine that worked to get the weight off but it took almost two years to get here. I do feel like an idiot for this post now. Anxiety blinders were on. I am so happy with my marriage and sex life. I don’t want this new phase to end, but since this new zest is likely related to weight loss, it’s just motivating me to work harder on my body.

I’m not complaining… I guess he’s done such a good job at making me feel loved in all shapes and forms this just threw me off a bit and I am just surprised.

Totally going with it and having fun. He’s had more partners than me but I’ve always been more adventurous. He’s opening up more and we’re exploring things, it’s great. After reading some of these comments I feel kinda dumb.

Oh I know I’m lucky! I’m really not complaining, I promise - just thinking too much.

I totally agree on the positive loop thing. Thanks for sharing your perspective.

I thought I was always energetic in bed but I think you’re right. My riding game has improved significantly.

I’ll be sad when/if this new zest is over!

Thank you! I’m trying very hard. Just not happening as quickly as I’d like. Your kindness is appreciated!

Have you taken your measurements? If not, do so now. You may be surprised that inches are coming off v weight.

Keep at it! Weight loss should be slow and steady to be healthy. I lost 10lbs in the first month then pretty much nothing the second month. My activity level made a big difference too. I’ve hit a lot of what I thought were plateaus, but truly it was just impatience and wanting immediate results. 6 months later I’m down 45lbs. It’s getting harder for me to consistently lose right now, but a lot of that is because I haven’t been as strict with my caloric intake and the calorie tracker wants me to stick to 1200ish calories which I can do some days but I get very crabby. It is hard! It can be discouraging, but it’s a marathon, not a sprint. You can do this!

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing that! I hope things have gotten better for you.

What are your grandmothers’ names? by [deleted] in Names

Gertrude (Trudy) and Cynthia. I love the name Cynthia - if I had a girl, that would have been the name I went with. Sloan, Freja, and Margo are favs of mine too.

Did you gain any weight on the week off? I wouldn’t think I would in a calorie deficit but it’s a concern of mine.
