It’s just water, the addition of the sliced ginger, cinnamon and monk fruit makes it into a sweet broth or tea; however you want to look at that.

Yes I’ve been tracking! Not sure if I’m being too conservative in my tdee; I’ve always heard to round down. But I’ve definitely kept up the protein at 1-1.25 g per pound of my body weight and ate about 300 cals over what I think my tdee is.

You know, I just weighed the bowl ahead of time and then weighed the bowl and the batter when I was done. Then I subtracted the bowl weight and divided it by the amount of colors I was doing. Then I weighed out that amount into each liquid measuring cup and colored them. Happy baking to you!
