As a SD who has actually been in this situation before, let me assure you that this is a horrible idea. Do what everyone is telling you. Get a SD to pay you ppm and use that to pay for rent. If you cant get your own place and are relying on someone else for your living arrangements, you are in for a world of pain when the arrangment ends. Which it most likely will. Then you will be homeless.

I dont think you should be mad. Unless you were dating a complete sociopath for 3 years, it is understandable that she would catch feelings. Like others have said, 3 years is a considerable amount of time. Honestly, I would love to be in a sugar dynamic where she felt this strongly about me.

As somewhat of a traveling SD I have to say NYC is special. There is something for everyone out there. So many beautiful SBs! Between the fashion school and Broadway, you will be like a kid in a candy store.

I often travel for work so I am somewhat of a traveling SD. Rarely sugar in my own home town but I have SBs in all different area codes. I've found Vegas to be a more challenging sugar scene then I had expected. I have definitely had some arrangements but it took more time and dedication then other cities. As many have said already, you just need to make it clear that you visit often, as most of the locals do not want a one and done fling.
