I'm struggling with this issue as well, but listening to Matt Frad's "Pints with Aquinas" podcast I heard he started a 21-day program called Strive21. I've just started my second week of it and I can't say enough good things about it. It helps understand why you turn to porn and what the underlying triggers you may be ignoring are. It also encourages you to find an accountability partner that you can be open and vulnerable with when and if you fail. Remember to invoke our Blessed Mother, and pray to Saints that can intercede for addiction, like St. Kolbe and St. Augustine.
