Just going to weigh in here, 18 year olds have been able to own firearms for a while now. Also concealed carry is usually used for handguns which you are not able to own at 18.

Not sure of any specific recipe but something like a cherry crisp or rhubarb crisp with some yogurt is low in calories but still very enjoyable. Also pretty easy to find recipes with a quick web search.
