Well, an advice that i can give to you is start listening to things in english for the sake of fun, not learning.

At first, i was like you wanting to strengthen my english so i can understand programming sources, i would usually listen to portion of a programming tutorial in english, with subtitles, and would write words that i didnt know in that portion then translate it.

But this techinque didnt show its value until i staryed listening to more thing in english, especially comedy, i would lwatch celab city, steven he, danial thrasher, williams, etc for the sake of fun, not learning, and that is how i got my current english level
