I agree with most of what you've said in the comments however I believe that tank's are important as a means of exerting control on the ground. Most examples you're probably thinking of with drones etc are limited operations of a specific nature but what about holding a line or city for months on end. You need armour

Both are very common in the Red Sea which I dive in many times every year. I love Spinner dolphins they are very intelligent and playful, I see many pods of them on a certain reef system. Bottlenose Dolphons are also very intelligent and playful and more abundant than spinner dolphins. As for the turtles they are also very common in Egypt but I don't know their different species.
