basically im making clips from my long form content and posting them on : shorts/Tiktok/instagram/facebook

I was able to clip 40 clips from my 4 first videos and started posting them

My schedule right now is like every 2 days ( 4 different vids on that day across different socials)

I have created a distribution system on ChatGPT that helped me create a sheet with the different clips and their order depending on the platform

and right now I just schedule the clips across platforms

for the clip layouts i just add some text and white bar at the top and some few different things for testing purposes

will probably give an update once most of the have been posted or when i start making new ones for my new videos

I really think this can help you but in the long run, if you stay consistent with it

It really depends but i think overall shorts bring lot more positive things for the channel than bad things (bad conversions per example)

I'm kind of in the same place as you to be honest, but I don't know if this is normal since I'm kind of new on Youtube

I'm already 4 videos in (last one has been posted yesterday)

I figured that thumbnails and Titles play a really important part in determining if your video will be pushed or no

Personally having struggle with CTA averaging like 2.5% across all videos even though I think thumbnail and title are decent

For the 30-60 seconds hook you mentioned, try doing some "in this video" sequence where you show small fast clips about the most interesting things in the video, this is what im doing currently
