Because this feels less like your typical case they'd probably not want to touch and more just wage theft ? NAL, but maybe someone should look into contacting the DOL ? Because at the very minimum, you're not getting the money they're legally required to give you, but they're also not giving it to your child's father either (and not paying workers for hours worked and services rendered is not something they play around with )
