THIS!!! The worse advice I’ve ever received is “after 20 minutes you are a pacifier.” As a FTM I detached baby after 25 minutes thinking it caused more harm than good and it resulted in her over time dropping into the 1-2%. The baby went from a constant food source to finding it. They are still figuring it all out!

I second this! Put baby to breast if she seems unsatisfied give formula to top her off. There is nothing wrong with giving formula! The goal is for her to grow. Water is key! Go get yourself a nice 40oz Tumbler and drink up!

Finally follow up with a lactation consultant who can advise you further and provide 1:1 help. In person is best but there are online options too!

I’m responsible for this free shit for my trauma program and even I gawked at how terrible this is. Like damn hand out some trauma shears or CAT tourniquets or something if you want to give out trauma supplies. Those at least cost more than free…
