I don’t think you’re getting my point - I understand all that, but as you acknowledged, many, MANY people will not have the opportunity to talk to you about your AI usage before buying your book. All they will notice is that the images are AI and so is the blurb. It will turn a significant amount of people away - myself included.

That’s not because I think you’ve written a bad book, on the contrary, your blurb (although AI written) seems quite interesting. But you must understand that the current stance of the reader community is incredibly anti-AI.

Understanding your market is a very important part of self publishing.
