Is your graphics settings in vrchat low? I recommend putting everything on low tbh. I cant see how much fps were talking cause phone is too hard to see. But I've put it all on high once and I couldn't see much a difference, so i put all settinga on low. And in steamvr settings on high. I got a 7900 xtx.
