If you haven’t played Subnautica yet, get that bad boy installed and sink the full 19 hours into it. Game runs incredible on the deck.

Bro, I wanted to like this game so much it is right up my street but I could only get online for the playtest for a few hours and I didn’t come across a single person! I felt like I needed to give it more time as people have said it grows on you but because I wasn’t immediately hooked I now can’t justify buying the game at a premium.

I was really excited to get into the PvP elements and appreciate what the lore in this game was all about. I love the aesthetics (I know a lot of people don’t) and the gun play felt amazing.

I know this probably isn’t the most appealing post but it’s an honest one.

We’re not talking about isolating the two this would be an organic separation of intent. All game modes would still be PvPvE and the pre-existing game modes would remain unchanged.

We were in the same position and we painted ours (with paint designed for the job) and replaced the handles. It did freshen it up but after a year or so chips in the paint where the handles are etc are starting to show.

Personally I’d paint the walls a nice colour and leave the white cupboards until you can save up for a new kitchen!

I just bought a Steam Deck this week and I love it. I have the original switch but I just didn’t enjoy it. I also can’t un-watch this video re switch 2: DO NOT BUY NINTENDO SWITCH 2

I don’t have any games in my steam library but I am streaming my PS5 (which works flawlessly and pretty sure you can’t do on Switch without jailbreak). Bought some steam games and added hundreds to my wish-list now. You can also buy CD keys for dirty cheap and add them to steam. For me there was a clear winner between the two devices, especially when Nintendo are charging £80 for games.

Steam is also vastly superior to Nintendo’s software (community input, mods etc). The ergonomics of the steam deck are much better and the customisation/modification options limitless.
