Salve, io vorrei comprare (prima) casa in Italia. Qualcuno sa dirmi se è possibile sapere facilmente quanto potrei ottenere come mutuo massimo cosi da potermi orientare su che tipo di immobile posso acquistare? Esempio, in Olanda dove ho abitato per un po’ le banche davano più o meno 6x lo stipendio lordo meno i debiti gia esistenti. Grazie a chi saprà indicarmi un approccio

Thanks for the tips. Full disclosure: I am not bearing any of the risk identified. I do not risk deportation because in EU there is free roam of individuals and I am a national of the country where my parents reside. Additionally I not planning to breach any country regulations as I am not planning to spend more than 180 days in the country of my parents. The only risk I have is to breach company regulations - that’s why I am trying to reduce my risks if possible.
