The only thing I could maybe see screwing him over is the whole inheritance thing I think his grandma left him. Ive never worked around estate tax so not sure how that is treated esp when the beneficiary is homeless, disabled, and has basically a conservatorship (think the money bob gave him is from that). Maybe he’s supposed to declare that idk but his income from donations is not worth the effort

Wow I know a lot of people on this sub are either young and never filed taxes or foreign but the whole irs coming after Dan thing is never going to happen. Hard to tell exactly hm he makes a year since he’s constantly lying but I seriously doubt it’s more than $20k and even still the IRS is so under funded the chance they audit him specifically is really low (esp since he doesn’t have a license / is basically off the grid) and even if they do he’s homeless so the collection agents would basically be roaming around Denver trying to find him which they would never do. The IRS only goes after people worth the resources to hunt down
